How it works

1. Sign up, tell us where your compensation should be paid, and add a card for our fee.
2. Forward every train ticket email to your own Delay Pay address, or set an inbox rule to do it for you.
3. The morning after you travel, we check the official arrival time of your train.
4. If it was late enough for Delay Repay, we make the claim. The train company pays you directly.
5. Once they agree to pay, we charge 20% of the amount to your card. No payout, no fee.
